Current Board Members

The company is managed by a board of directors consisting of seven members representing the corporate entities participating in the company. The management submits the changes of the structure of the shareholders and the board of directors in the official dates according to the rules of listing and continuation of listing and delisting on the Egyptian Stock Exchange periodically.
