The purpose of the company
The main purpose of the company is to promote and cover the underwriting of securities, to participate in the establishment of companies that issue securities, to increase their capital, to form and manage securities portfolios, to provide risk capital and to manage investment funds.
The financial year of the company
The fiscal year starts in January each year and ends on Dec. 31
